"I own a home in Danville and some rentals in Lexington. David has been my go to guy for about a decade now. Totally professional, super nice guy, and none of that "we'll set up an appointment for next week while you bake/freeze nonsense". The best part though is his pricing. Very fair and honest. So much so that one he drove from his house to Lexington based on a complaint from a tenant.
He spent 1/2 hour only to tell me that the unit was fine and the tenant needed to close the garage door when the outside temp gets above 90. He only wanted like $60 for the service which was basically his gas money at the time. I had to give a little extra to be able to sleep that night."

"When no one else would come, David and his crew jumped all over my job and how lucky was I that I ran across PHOENIX. It was hot and so was I. I didn't know who to call and none of the locals would come to my rescue. I was given David's name and phone and he loosened up his crew up and was all over my house the very next day. Job complete the same day and now my house is like a refrigerator (burning hot outside). He recommended a 'Hybrid' system and I went with his recommendation and couldn't be more pleased.
